Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps people to accept their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them, while committing to actions that align with their values and goals.

Solution Focused Therapy

Focuses on finding solutions in the present and future rather than delving deeply into past problems. Identifying strengths, resources, and past successes, for overcoming difficulties.

Grief and Loss

Helps people cope with the emotional and psychological impact of losing a loved one or experiencing another form of significant loss.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

A widely used, evidence-based approach that helps people identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, promoting healthier ways of thinking and acting.

Explore a collection of vintage books with colorful spines on a wooden shelf. Perfect for literature lovers.

Narrative Therapy

This modality views problems as separate from the person and encourages clients to reframe their life stories in a way that empowers them to create new meanings and solutions.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping

A powerful yet simple method that integrates cognitive and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation and healing.  Enhancing both self-care and client outcomes
